HURRICANE LAURA KILLS MANY AND DESTROY MANY INFRASTRUCTURE IN LOUISIANA AND TEXAS
Expected to be the most powerful storm, Laura with an average wind speed of up to 150 mph has made a debut on Thursday morning at Port Arthur, causing forecasters to regard it as having the potential for catastrophic damage. With severe damage done too many infrastructures and a chemical fire from an industrial plant, the storm might not spare the oil-refining town of Port Arthur, which lies directly in its path. Thousands vacated the town on Wednesday afternoon, leaving a couple gas station and a liquor store open for business.
